In an effort to be eco-friendly and efficient, we now use online donation requests. Please note that we do not accept requests made via email, phone, or written mailer. 

Kramer Beverage is happy to make donations to 501(c) organizations in our eight county service area.  Although not all requests can be filled, we do review every submitted request.

To submit your request, please read the following guidelines. If your event qualifies, please complete the form.

Keep in mind that:

• All requests for donations must be submitted online at least six weeks prior to the event.
• Requests submitted less than six weeks prior to the event may not be accepted.
• Requests must include 501(c) status information.
• Individual and family fundraisers are not generally honored without 501(c) documentation.
• All donations must be for events and organizations located within our current counties of distribution: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, and Salem.
• We do not sponsor youth groups or teams including, but not limited to, little league, recreational, travel, high school, or college sports organizations, or school-related organizations such as PTAs.
• Limit one request per event.
• Request form must be filled out in its entirety to be considered.
