Kramer Beverage Supports, for Build Jake’s Place

Brianna ChiappettaCommunity Involvement

The Kramer Cares charity of the month for September was Build Jake’s Place.

Build Jake’s place is an integrated playground area in which all children, those who are able and those with disabilities, can all play interactively. This playground is designed to be an area that is barrier-free, socially inviting, and where everyone as a group can play together. Build Jake’s Place builds “playgrounds for everybody.” This playground is a special place where children who are in wheelchairs and have other assistive devices can play along with others in ease.

Employees donated $420, and the contribution was matched by Kramer Beverage for a total of $920 raised to support the organization.
