Charles Kramer Wins Molson Coors Legends Award
Kramer Beverage, South Jersey’s largest beer and beverage wholesaler, is pleased to announce that Chairman Charles Kramer has received the Molson Coors “Legends” Award.
This prestigious award was presented to Charles last September in front of 2,000 distributors nationwide. Since its inception in 2004, the Legends Award is comprised of 65+ elite and respected distributors who have demonstrated commitment to the Molson Coors family of brands. “It is an honor to watch my father receive the Molson Coors Legends Award,” said Mark Kramer, President. “He has been making strides in the Molson Coors portfolio since its inception at Kramer Beverage. The portfolio has been our top-performing brand family since 1991 and continues to succeed due to the hard work and dedication my father instilled in us for over 40 years.”
To be eligible, recipients must have acquired at least 30 years of service as a Miller or Coors distributor; invested in and grown their Molson Coors business over those years; demonstrated a passion for the beer business and Molson Coors portfolio of brands; and garnered the respect of their peers.
Kramer Beverage has been owned and operated by four generations of the Kramer family since 1924. Originally founded by his grandfather, Charles became President in 1964. Charles orchestrated the acquisition of the Coors family of brands in South Jersey in 1986, setting the stage for massive growth for the company. He then acquired the Miller family of brands in 2017, consolidating the market and expanding into two new counties, doubling the number of employees and cases sold in a year.
Throughout his impressive career, Charles has won numerous national awards, including the Coors Founders Award in 1992 and the recipient of two Molson Coors President’s Awards in 2002 and 2021. It is under Charles’ leadership that Kramer Beverage will continue to be a successful beer and beverage wholesaler in South Jersey.
