How long have you worked at Kramer Beverage?
I have worked at Kramer for 11 years.
What does your current position entail?
I work with a team of 7 sales representatives for Kramer covering 244 accounts throughout Camden, Gloucester, and Atlantic counties
What does it take to excel in your position?
Organization is key for me. As a sales team, we have no shortage of objectives to achieve on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Having a detailed plan is crucial in ensuring we can execute consistently at a high level.
What other positions have you held in the company?
I have actually worked in almost every position in the Sales Department. I started as an intern in 2008. From there I held positions as a Merchandiser, Sales Route Relief, On-premise sales rep, off-premise sales rep, District Manager, Market Development Manager, and now as an Area Sales Manager.
What areas do you service?
I service Atlantic City, Brigantine, and Galloway.
What has been the best thing about your job?
The personal relationships I have developed over the past 11 years. Whether it is internal relationships with co-workers, our accounts, or supplier partners, I have met some incredible people that I am lucky to have as my friends. I also love selling beer. I am grateful to have found a career that has taught me so much and allowed me to have such great experiences.
What areas do you service?
My team and I cover Camden, Gloucester, and Atlantic counties for on and off-premise sales.
Where do you live?
I live in Williamstown, NJ.
Tell us about your family.
My wife Nicki and and I have been married for 5 years. We actually met at Kramer a Beverage in 2011. We have 2 children, Lucy who is 3 and Jack who just turned 1 in June, along with our 2 cats and dog.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
I enjoy going to see live music, playing the drums, working on different projects around our house, watching the Flyers, and relaxing with a nice beverage.
What is your favorite beer?
It’s hard to pick just one. Right now I’d say Yuengling Flight and New Belgium American Haze have been new favorites. My go-to beers though are Miller High Life, Guinness, Yuengling Lager, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, and Twisted Tea!
