If there was one thing you wanted everyone to know about you, what would it be? 

I enjoy going out and listening to live music.

How long have you worked for Kramer Beverage?

I have worked for Kramer for three years. Before that, I worked at Warren/Trentacoste Brothers for 24 years.

What does your current position entail?

While payroll certainly makes sure everyone gets paid, we also keep employee’s information up to date, calculate benefits & retirement contributions, and do employment verifications.

What does it take to excel in your position?

Attention to detail and being personable.  You never want to have errors in payroll, but when the unthinkable happens, you need to be able to reassure employees that your there to help and get the situation resolved.

What has been the best thing about your job?

Since we work with all departments, we get to know our fellow employees. It’s great to be able to put a face to the name.

How do you provide the best service to your customers?

Payroll is very personal for people. I approach people’s payroll as I would want someone to approach mine. Giving them the time necessary to answer questions, research any concerns they have, and ensure they receive the compensation they are entitled to.  Also helping people with timely responses to employment & income verification inquiries.

Marlton.

Tell us about your family:

My husband, Jeff, is a Union Electrician.  We have two sons Shawn and Collin.  Shawn is an Electrical Apprentice, and Collin is in the USMC.

What are your favorite Kramer Beverage brands?

Miller Lite, Corona Seltzer, Twisted Tea.
