Luis Rosado, Route Relief Specialist 

How long have you worked for Kramer Beverage? I have worked at Kramer Beverage for almost two years and worked at Hub City for 12 years before that.

What does your current position entail? As a Route Relief Specialist, it is my responsibility to cover sales and merchandising routes across our entire territory when my teammates are on vacation or need time off.

What other positions have you held in the company? When I started in the business, I was a Draught Technician.  I was also a Merchandiser before taking on my current role.

How do you provide the best service to your customers? I always ask customers what they want, how they want it done, and if I am doing it right. When I approach customers with that mindset, they know I care enough to get the job done right.   

Tell us about your family: I moved to Vineland with my three daughters, son, and girlfriend about two years ago.  I am originally from Philadelphia.

What do you like to do when you’re not at work? I enjoy renovating houses and spending time with my family.

What is your favorite beer? My go-to beer is Blue Moon, and I also enjoy Corona and Leinenkugel’s.
