How long have you been with Kramer Beverage? 8 ½ years and counting.
What does your current position entail? I am the Operations Manager. I oversee all daily warehouse and delivery operations. I am also currently working directly with our contractor on our building expansion.
What does it take to excel in your position? I believe respect is the #1 leadership quality. Patience and persistence are also important qualities to have in my role.
What other positions have you held in the company? I began at Kramer Beverage as the Operations Supervisor and was promoted to Operations Manager a few years later. I also worked as the Transition Manager during the Warren/Hub brands acquisition.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work? I love spending time with my family, going to the beach, skiing, and attending a nearby beer fest!
