Kramer Beverage is excited to announce an ongoing partnership with Virtua Health’s Eat Well Food Farmacy and Mobile Grocery Store through Kramer Cares, the philanthropic arm of the organization!
Kramer Beverage kicked off the partnership to support those facing food insecurity in our community with a healthy food drive for the Food Farmacy. Throughout the month of March, Kramer Beverage employees teamed up with our supplier partners and were able to donate 13 pallets of healthy food and other essential items. These donations are expected to last up to 9 months and provide nearly 3,000 meals!
“Virtua has been an incredibly important health organization in South Jersey for decades and their more significant involvement in dealing with food insecurity and food deserts demonstrates the leadership role they continue to take. Kramer Beverage is fortunate to be able to help sustain their efforts with this food donation,” said Mark Kramer, President of Kramer Beverage.
In addition to the contributions from the Kramer Beverage team, the donation was made possible with donations from Constellation Brands, Boston Beer, Yuengling, Molson Coors, Diageo Beer, Heineken USA, Evil Genius, Shiner, and mike’s, and help from our retail partners including Wegman’s, ShopRite, Murphy’s Markets, and McCaffrey’s Markets.
