Vitani was started in 2015 by a Chicago couple, Jackie and Eric Gichner, and is now proudly a woman–owned and operated business focused on selling high-strength, premium vodka-based cocktails. The inspiration for Vitani was to create bartender quality and bartender strength cocktails that were easy to enjoy without the fuss, mess, or ingredient list of a bartender–crafted cocktail.
